In terms of restaurants, in front of the property you will find the Tubalitas beach bar, open all year round from 10am until midnight. Also, just a 5 minute drive away you will find the beach of La Chullera, where you can enjoy quiet, uncrowded coves and find the Dieguichi beach bar. Both offer delicious traditional Spanish Mediterranean food. One of the attractions of the area is the stretch of coastal path that stretches from Sabinillas to Punta Chullera. In addition to the beaches and the coastal path, in the area around the flat you will find a wide variety of gastronomic options. – Up to 31 days prior to arrival date, the cancellation charge will be 50% of the total rental reservation amount.

– Less than 31 days prior to arrival, the cancellation fee will be 100% of the total amount of the rental reservation.

– If you cancel the reservation before the arrival date, the deposit will always be refunded.
